Hello, although I should have posted this earlier, here are some ways that our team planned for our game. We did most of this process a couple months ago but oh well.
Here is our trello page for this project. We used it initially to organize tasks that needed to be completed. Although this website was nice to use, we began to realize that we preferred planning our tasks on paper for simplicity (see the next picture for an example).
Here is a screenshot of our time managing spreadsheet. Our game project is technically a class and in order to get credit you need to track your hours. To make it easy and organized we used Google Sheets. I highly recommend this program if you are doing something similar because you can access and collaborate on the same spreadsheet on multiple computers.
Finally here is our game inspiration document (*add link*). We created this on Google Docs so anyone on our team can add ideas for our game. We included possible game themes, team names, and photos for inspiration. It was a great way to document our planning instead of jumping straight into coding.
